Are you looking for a spacious SUV to haul around all your luggage? How about a roomy interior for passengers to be able to stretch their feet? Whatever the case may be, Mercedes-Benz has an option for you. there are five different SUVs to choose from in the lineup with countless trim levels, but the largest is the GLS. Take a look at the cargo space in the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS SUV here on our blog!
Full-size SUVs are always the best bet to maximize cargo space, and the GLS is no different. The GLS comes in three different trim levels for 2019: the GLS 450, the GLS 550, and the performance-enhanced AMG® GLS 63. Each of these models also come standard with all-wheel drive. We get it though; you’re here for the cargo space. We’ll get right to it: the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS comes with 93.8 cubic feet of cargo space with the 2nd and 3rd rows folded down. All three trim levels have the same cargo space, so you won’t have to upgrade to get more space if you don’t want to.
While the cargo space is the same in each trim level for the GLS, the interior comfort and convenience features vary depending on which trim level you choose. Each comes with 60/40 split-folding 2nd row seats and 50/50 split-folding 3rd row seats for multiple seating and cargo configurations. Comfort is optimized in the base GLS 450 thanks to standard features like heated front seats, MB-Tex upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, and available amenities such as heated and cooled cupholders, ventilated front seats, and multicontour front seats with a massage feature. There are even more available features in the GLS 550 and the AMG® GLS 63.
