2019 Mercedes-Benz E 300 vs 2019 Mercedes-Benz E 450 4MATIC®

If you’re struggling to find your next midsize sedan, don’t feel stressed. Mercedes-Benz has a variety of options to choose from, and there’s undoubtedly at least one that is a perfect fit for you. The three-prong star on the grille evokes luxury like no other, and under the hood of each Mercedes-Benz model sits the power and performance that comes with German engineering. We’re ecstatic about one of the new E-Class models released for the 2019 model year, and we’re going to take a look at how it compares to the base E-Class sedan in this 2019 Mercedes-Benz E 300 vs 2019 Mercedes-Benz E 450 4MATIC® comparison. The E 300, a midsize luxury sedan, still has all the performance you’d expect from a Mercedes-Benz. Those numbers can be upgraded though when you go with the E 450 4MATIC®. Take a look at the table below!

Features in the 2019 E-Class

Last year, the E-Class had the E 400 sedan as the next step up from the base E 300. This year, the E 400 has been upgraded to the new E 450 4MATIC®. With a more powerful engine and standard all-wheel drive, the E 450 4MATIC® is a good choice for drivers who want a sportier drive than the base E 300. While the E 300 has a familiar 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged engine under the hood, the E 450 4MATIC® comes with a 3.0L V6 biturbo engine. However, if you’re not interested in the extra power that the E 450 4MATIC® provides, it may be in your best interest to stick with the E 300 since it’s less expensive and they both have the same interior features. Some of the highlights in each include:

  • 64-color ambient lighting system
  • Nappa leather seating
  • 14-way power driver seat with memory
  • Panorama sunroof
  • Keyless start
  • Remote start
  • In-car Wi-Fi hotspot
  • Car-to-X Communication
  • And much more!

We wouldn’t expect you to decide between one of these two after reading this brief message. If you’re interested in learning more about these two, though, get in touch with the team here at Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert today!
