10 Years in Gilbert | Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert

In September 2016, Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert opened its doors on Gilbert Road. This month we turn ten.

Ten years later we have been named a Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best dealer eight times, an award given to a small fraction of dealers nationwide, measured on customer experience rather than on volume alone.

The same general manager has run this store since the doors opened in 2016. In an industry where leadership turns over constantly, a decade of continuity is the part we are quietest about and proudest of.

What ten years in one place actually buys you

Technicians who have been here for most of it. Mercedes-Benz training takes years. The value of a decade in one location is a service drive staffed by people who have seen your model since it launched, not people who read about it last month.

A service history that follows the car. We have customers on their third and fourth Mercedes from us, and cars we sold new in 2017 that still come in for Service A. When a car has spent its life with one dealership, the next owner inherits a complete record.

Knowing the roads you drive. Ten Arizona summers teach you things about batteries, cabin filters, tire wear and paint that no national service bulletin covers.
