I have had a lot of Mercedes over the years, and this was my very first experience obtaining a Mercedes in Arizona. I HIGHLY recommend working with Christian at the Gilbert dealership and I look forward to continuing to do so in the future. Throughout the process, he was extremely kind, patient and ensured I got the vehicle that was the absolute best fit for me instead of just the one that would be the largest commission for himself (like a lot of car salesman tend to do). I needed a vehicle in a short time frame as I was going to be traveling, and he ensured it was in stock when I arrived in the correct exterior and interior color I wanted. Our Mercedes 2008 Class C-300 has been a great car for 167,000 miles. When it was time to retire it, we wanted to find the perfect vehicle for us. Not only did we find the perfect vehicle for us, Jessie Becktell and Paul Navarrette could not have made the process smoother. We were looking at other dealerships, but they gave us the run around. We chose Mercedes Benz of Gilbert because they wanted our business and made it possible to do most of the work from home. I was in the market for Lexus IS 350 F Sport. As I shopped the market I found the car I was looking for at Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. I reached out to the dealer and worked with a sales rep named Alex Carrera. He told me that he would have the car prepped and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Was recently interested in ordering a specific color & interior 2026 CLE 300 through a dealership 10 minutes from my home, but was told I missed the deadline by a few days. Damn! Crickets. Crickets. Not another follow up call from that dealership. Made a call to MB Gilbert to fact check and was told the same… by Glenn Davis. Damn again! Glenn didn’t stop there. He checked incoming port deliveries as well as doing a nationwide search to see if my vehicle existed. It didn’t. Glenn then gave me details on a vehicle they had on hand. Not to my exact specs, but very similar. He took a shot. Love the effort! Told him thanks but I’d order a 2027 close to home. When I asked initial dealer a few direct pricing questions they deflected the response, knowing exactly what I was looking for but refusing to provide it. Red flag. If that is how I’m treated before a sale, I can tell how I’ll be treated afterwords. Contacted Glenn. Made exceptions (nominal). Got answers to each question. Made an appointment. Drove 49 miles to meet. Was happy with the car… made the purchase and was especially happy with Glenn. First time callers, ask specifically for Glenn Davis. He will not let you down.

After my local dealer turned out to be useless (Las Vegas), I contacted Iyanna at M-B Gilbert. I wanted to order a GLE 580 but was late in the production cycle. She jumped through some hoops but was able to locate an allocation for me. I was kept informed throughout the process of the actual build. She then had it shipped to me, so I never even had to make a trip to Gilbert. Everything was handled by phone, text and email. I couldn't be happier about the whole process and would definitely recommend them if you want to buy a M-B, regardless of where you live.

He listened more than he tried to talk and really found what I was looking for in every way. As a female I have had many experiences with purchasing a vehicle and the thing that this gentleman has is knowledge, he is present, active listener, very knowledgeable of every one of the vehicles, and was treating me like family. This gentleman is someone we would invite to our Christmas dinner. We went to many other dealerships and so happy that we went her and was lucky enough to get Jessie I cannot imagine the way I was treated at the other dealerships only to be offered something I would never like as much. Please just go talk to him, he is not intimidating and he is not there to make you feel uncomfortable. Don't buy somewhere else because you are intimidated by Mercedes, this is my second one and what we decided on, I am more than excited to drive back and forth training for engineering aerospace degree. Came in curious about a Car. Arnold promised no BS about making a deal and getting what i wanted for my trade in and what i could spend on the car. I showed up he had it all ready in 16 minutes the paperwork was done and extremely thorough. Arnold Lima is the best car salesman i have ever worked with. My wife and I just bought our second Mercedes from MB of Gilbert. We returned to this specific dealership because we had such a positive experience when we purchased our first MB there from salesman Arnie Lin. Additionally Dennis Davis in finance made the finance process extremely painless, he was efficient, knowledgeable and had us in and out of his office in short order. He actually made the process enjoyable. When we buy our next MB, we'll definitely return to MB of Gilbert. If you're in the market for a MB we highly recommend this dealership.

From the moment we walked up to the door Alex Sirounian was so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming! We were able to negotiate very fair terms on a quality used vehicle.
