Step 2 — Verify and inspect

The Specialist sends a personalized walk-around video showing the exterior from all angles, the interior, the engine bay, the wheels and tires, and the dashboard with the odometer and any warning indicators. For pre-owned and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, you’ll also receive the full Carfax history. Independent third-party inspections (PPIs) by a Mercedes-Benz-certified shop are welcome — we cooperate fully and the team has worked with most major PPI services.

Step 3 — Finance

Step 4 — Sign remotely
