Mercedes-Benz Express Service puts two technicians on your car and handles most visits in about 60 minutes; Service B can take longer.
- Loaner cars. We lend you a Mercedes-Benz while yours is here. Ask for one when you book.
- Shuttle. Our shuttle can take you home or to work and bring you back, within a 10-mile radius of the dealership.
- Pickup and delivery. We don’t currently pick up or deliver cars for service, so plan on Express Service, a loaner or the shuttle.
